Tribute & Message From The Family

Michael Ramsey of Coppell went to be with his Lord and Savior on August 31, 2013. He was born in Denton, TX to Jimmy and Lillian Ramsey on November 25, 1990. He was a proud Coppell Cowboy and a member of the 2009 graduating class of Coppell High School. Michael graduated from University of Texas at Arlington in May 2103 with a degree in Marketing and was just beginning his final semester at UTA to complete a second degree in Economics. His educational pursuits and numerous part-time jobs reflected his desire to always do more than was expected.

Loved and respected by all, Michael's dedication to his friends and family was only exceeded by his unwavering faith in Jesus Christ. Michael pursued Christ with a commitment and passion worn visibly on his heart for all to witness. Michael's kind spirit and contagious smile brought so much joy and encouragement to those who were fortunate enough to know him. Although his life was too short, he accomplished so much by simply loving life and those around him.

Michael is survived by his parents Jimmy and Lillian Ramsey of Coppell; a brother and sister-in-law David and Katy Ramsey and two nieces, Ava and Madeline Ramsey of Southlake; paternal grandmother Soghra Mahzoonian of Tehran, Iran; maternal grandmother Mary Avelar of Los Angeles, California; and a large, loving family of aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 9 at 2:00pm at St. Ann Catholic Parish in Coppell, TX. Scholarships have been established with two organizations that were very important to Michael, The Coppell Family YMCA and Delta Sigma Pi - Professional Business Fraternity. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either of these organizations. Coppell Family YMCA, 146 Town Center Blvd, Coppell TX 75019, for the Michael Ramsey Memorial Scholarship, or Delta Sigma Pi Leadership Foundation, 330 S. Campus Ave., Oxford, OH 45056 or using this link: www.dspnet.org/RamseyMemorial. Please note on your donation In Memory of Michael Ramsey.

Candle

All I can say, I feel you in my heart.
your life was example of god's massage of love and you were absolute love, passion and care. I am turning on a candle just to receive a little of light you have within. you are all light and love. and there is no end for light. there is no end for love. you had a mission to pass on people around you how to love each other and value the beauty, the warm and the of love. you even gave your final massage to your family to comprehend the beauty of wholeness, the power to feel and understand that they hearts are always beating for each other. you may be all light and peace Micheal and I love you.

Dear Ramsey Family, I am praying God gives you peace at this time of your loss. Michael was a joy to be with.My son, Arman, and I met him during the Ron Paul movement. My son is half Iranian also and around the same age. Michael had a special place in my heart. He was so energetic, smart and sweet. He was loved by everyone in the group. He will be greatly missed and so fondly remembered. May God bless you all today, Regina Imburgia

I'm so saddened by the loss of such a wonderful person. Michael was full of life and was truly a special person. I had the great pleasure of working with him at Bell Helicopter. He truly left his mark on all those he touched. Many prayers go out to his family. I pray God's love sees you through this unimaginable time.

Words cannot express my sadness and disbelief. The heavens smiled when you joined their midst. We will meet again in time, but missing you everyday until then.

We were heartsick at hearing about this awfull tragedy. We are so torn inside for you all. We do not know the reason for these things now and need to rest in God to give us some understanding as to how to deal with this. You know that we love you all very much and if there is anything that we can do to ease the hurt, we will be there. My heart hurts for you all and will for a long time to come. Dear God help you all to get through this!! Lillian you know how you always have a smile for me everyday at work, I know that it may not be there for awhile now, but in the future I know I will see your smile again. As you think about that you may feel now that you will never smile again, but you will. God will help a whole lot and ease the pain of this awful hurt in your life. We pray for you all everyday. God be close to your heart and to your family's heart's for til we all meet Michael on that beautiful shore.

We love you,

Chris & Barbara Reed

Dear Sister Lillian, I am so sincerely sorry to hear of your losing Michael. My heart goes out to you and the family. Losing someone especially so young and promising is not easy at all. For a Mom it is almost unbearable. My Our Lord give you peace and may Our Blessed Mother wrap you in her loving mantle and comfort you as long as you like.
Your Sister In CHRIST
